“As a part of Corporate Governance and towards achieving greater transparency, ‘Whistle Blower Policy’ has been formulated and put in place in our Bank and in terms of which a mechanism has been established for staff members to report to the management concerns about unethical behaviour, actual or suspected fraud or violation of the Bank’s code of conduct or ethics policy”.
