Block Digital Transactions

Block all digital channels in case of fraudulent digital transactions:

To block further transactions through digital channels (Debit card, Net Banking, Mobile Banking and UPI)

 For Registering complaint by SMS-  Send SMS to 56677 by typing COMPLAINT

 what to do” instruction for customers in case of unauthorized transactions :

  1. Customer should report the incident to his home branch so that necessary action may be initiated by the home branch regarding stop/hold/raising charge back for the reported transaction.
  2. Simultaneously, customer has to report to cyber police for investigation.
