Every Government Pensioner has to submit Annual Life Certificate from 1st  November onwards, every year for further continuation of pension. However, super senior pensioners aged 80 years and above are allowed to submit life certificate from 1st October onwards.

The following are the facilities available in our Bank for submission of life certificate by Pensioners

  1. Video based Life Certificate submission (VLC) by visiting Bank Website (Home Page)

  1. Digital Life Certificate through Face Authentication

Pensioner can visit below URL for Standard Operating Procedure on submission of life certificate through Face Authentication technology.

Pensioner can download the application and submit their life certificate from home using android smartphone.

  1. Pensioners can also visit the Branch and submit their Life Certificate in physical mode
