Currently Indian Bank offers the below services through WhatsApp Banking. We will continue to add more and more services for customers’ convenience.

 Online Services:

1. Balance Enquiry (Main Menu->Deposit Services-> Balance Enquiry) – Account balance details for the selected account will be provided.
2. Mini Statement (Main Menu->Deposit Services-> Mini Statement) – Last 10 transaction details of selected account will be furnished.
3. Email Statement (Main Menu->Deposit Services->Email Statement) – Account statement for a period of last 30 days will be sent to registered email ID.
4. Term Deposit Enquiry (Main Menu->Deposit Services->TD Enquiry) – Account summary of Fixed/Recurring/Money Multiplier deposit accounts can be obtained.
5. Apply for a Cheque Book (Main Menu->Cheque Services->Apply Cheque Book) – Cheque book request can be initiated.
6. Stop Cheque Payment (Main Menu->Cheque Services->Stop Cheque Payment) – Payment of single/multiple cheque(s) can be stopped through the option.
7. Debit Card Blocking (Main Menu->Block Card/Trxn->Block Debit Card) – Selected debit card will be blocked permanently (hotlisting).
8. Block All Transactions (Main Menu->Block Card/Trxn->Block All Txn) – Customer CIF will be blocked for any transaction.

There are no service charges for using Indian Bank’s WhatsApp Banking services. However, charges will be applicable as per customer’s data plan with the telecom service provider.
