Recommendations of the Damodaran Committee on Customer Service

in Banks accepted by IBA for implementation by Banks

IBA had vide its letter No.CE.RB/CS/4528 dated November 28, 2011 circulated a list of 77 recommendations accepted by RBI for implementation by banks.  IBA vide their letter dated 16.01.2012 circulated 8 more recommendations and 22 other recommendations side their letter dated 03.03.2012 which are accepted for implementation and are in various stages of implementation by the Banks.  The list of 107 recommendations so far accepted for implementation by IBA is enclosed as 3 PDF files.
